Placing your order for custom printed or embroidered t-shirts.

Please place your order using our online ORDER FORM, which is the most secure method on the Internet. Instructions are included on the Order Form. Orders must be paid in full before we process any order.

Once we receive your order, our office will email you a copy of the Invoice covering your order. If we do not receive a response from you within 24 hours, we will assume all is correct and place your order into our production schedule. Once the order is placed in production, NO CHANGES can be made (add-on, removals, size changes, color changes, order cancellation, etc. Once we receive your approval to the Invoice and receive your final approval to the artwork design, or receive NO email from you within the 24 hours of order placement, we process the order and place the order into production.

We process and print (or embroider) ALL orders on a "FIRST-IN, FIRST-OUT" basis; meaning we will never place a "rush order" ahead of your order. Therefore, we basically do not accept rush orders, unless or production schedule has an opening.

 

NOTE: It is best to get your artwork / design done EARLY as this is the longest process in production of your order. We can get your artwork / design to a USEABLE stage anywhere from 3 weeks to 3 months before you plan to order. EARLY is good!
